Go West, Life Is Peaceful There!

So last sunday we found out that josh's Grandpa was sick and in the hospital so when Josh got home from school on Monday we decided it would be best to go and see him. Josh had fall break last week and so it was perfect timing. So Josh got home and about 5:30 or so and we were in the car on our way at about 7pm. It took us 24 hours to get to Billings Montana and back so it was a very long drive but the kids did great. We drove straight through and we were all ready to get out of the car when we got there. So here are some pictures from our week long trip to grandpa's house!

Paige doing what she does best, dancing.
Showing Grandpa (Josh's dad) how it's done!

4 generation shot
Dad, Max, and uncle Sam
The family(missing Adam, another brother just younger than Josh) Dad, Sam holding Max, Eliza and the rest of us
Our family with Grandpa and Great Grandma and Grandpa Erekson
Paige and her Grandpa trimming the roses
Grandpa doing what he does best! Baking brownies and feeding the batter to my daughter at 10pm yikes!
Josh and his dad redid the bath tub.
Wroking hard sorry no after shot!
Playing with Aunt Eliza
The old tree fort that Josh used to play in as a child
We had a really great trip. It was so good to see everyone and have them meet Max and see Paige, we had a blast and Paige loved going and being so spoiled. It was a very long trip but it was well worth it and now we are sad to say that we have to get back to life. I love family holidays because then we get to be with Josh so much and I hate saying goodbye!

That is so cool that you guys went out there! I bet Grandma and Grandpa (and the rest of the Billings crew) loved seeing you all.
