We went to Vancouver Island for a couple of days and visited Butchart Gardens. The kids loved the carousel ride, it was breath taking there.

My brother and his son, he was the one that started the feeding of the seagulls on the ferry ride over to the island.

On the ferry, to the island, it was cold, but the kids loved being together and running around on the deck. It was about an hour and a half ride.
The Langley Temple. So beautiful, we got to go a couple of times and I love it so much. It's only a couple of blocks from my mom's house, it was amazing to see so many people I know and love there. It was a little taste of heaven
Ever Christmas we get together, we have a big family dinner at the church so we can fit everyone. This is my Grandma Mattie, she's not blood but she has been apart of my life since I was a wee girl and we love her so very much, she is the best grandma anyone could ask for, besides my mom of course!!!
We get a little bit crazy and play crazy games at our family dinner at the church. Here we are sling shooting rubber turkeys across the gym.
And of course it wouldn't be a Fairbairn Christmas with out renting out the ice rink for the family!

Christmas morning, opening up stockings, well they are actually over sized mittens
And we wouldn't have Christmas with out the birth of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ so we acted out the nativity. Laurell my sister and Paige I think are playing the part of angels, or maybe they are just playing!!!

We had a fantastic time, I love being with family and making memories. I have the best family ever!

Christmas with family is the best. We were in WA for Christmas and it was so good to be back. We moved right before the Langley Temple dedication, but if we were still living there, that would be our temple. That is so awesome it is right by your mom. BTW, I love your hair!
